Trust:

We all know what trust is but we do not always know how to build trust or know if we can trust a person or website. The internet has a feature where people can vote how trustworthy they think sites are(based on their personal experience), this is called the Web of Trust or WOT. Firefox has an add on to help you see what sites are trustworthy and what sites are not. If you use FireFox to do your web browsing then you could go to this site

and click on the "Add to firefox" button to have one more layer of trust and confidence to your online life.

FireFox 4:

The very cool internet browser FireFox has released the all new, faster and more reliable version 4. so you might see FireFox asking you to upgrade. If you do not know how or want us to help you this this upgrade then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Call-out fees:

We need your help in making the right decision!
Up to now we were able to avoid the introduction of call-out fees however due to the sharp rise in petrol price (currently £1.31 per litre) we at Computer Issues came to the conclusion that we will have to think about the introduction of such a fee or increase in our per hour charge.
We will however not introduce this during April and would like to ask your opinion, would you please be so kind as to email us your thoughts on:

1. A call-out fee

2. Increase in hourly rate

3. Any circumstance where you feel we need to wave the call out fee / increase in rate

We would like to make it clear that we will NOT ask a call-out fee if we can fix or support your IT needs remotely through Go To Assist, so please contact us to set you up with remote support, remember Matt Collins did not provide us with any of the remote assistance accounts he had for security and data protection and therefore we will need to set you up again (some customers we already configured with remote assistance).
