Remote Support

CJM IT Systems LTD uses various methods of remote support.

Some of these methods make use of a file/application we email you and ask you to save it to your desktop and then double clikc it. NOTE: you should NEVER run any application that has been emailed to you unless you expect the application, and even then you should phone the sender to make sure it is ok and that they sent it to you.
